About your class…
This class, developed over time, serves as a beginner-friendly women's training course, welcoming participants of all skill levels. Organized annually by Rick Ector, NRA Board of Directors, for a decade in Michigan, it's now expanding to Frisco, Texas, aiming to empower women with self-defense knowledge. Inspired by a tragic local news story 12 years ago, where a defenseless woman lost her life, Rick Ector resolved to contribute to his community by offering free firearms lessons. What began as a small effort has grown into a significant two-day event, attracting thousands of women.
Everything, from the shooting range to equipment and instruction, is provided at no cost. Our mission is to offer free training to women concerned about safety, empowering them to take an active role in their personal protection.
While this training course is tailored for women, men are also invited to participate (outside of the range and classroom time) and take advantage of the excellent deals available at the Frisco Gun Club during the event.
Every class will feature giveaways of top-of-the-line ear protection and abdominal bands, along with exclusive deals on quality products!
